Why hasn’t my access been approved?

What role should I select on the registration form?
- User: This role will allow the customer to have view only access to DirectA Customer Portal.
- Transactional User: This role will allow the customer to view all and to make payments for your company.
- Admin User: This role will give you the same access as “Transactional User” and will be able to manage account settings and manage users. Please note, a company can only have one Admin User.
How do I find my customer number to register?

How can I change my email address?
If your email address has changed, please create a new account with the new email address. Your customer admin should be able to delete the old account. If your company does not have a customer admin, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone at 1-855-339-4900 or by email at nabs.ar@lafargeholcim.help

You may change your email address by navigating to the “My Profile” page. You can click the edit button next to your email address to update or change your password
